Editorial team.
This page names the roles within the editorial team and says openly which of them are currently unfilled.
Responsibility for the content
The content of this platform is the responsibility of the editorial team, which is to say the work of the team and not of a single name. That is a deliberate decision: a byline is a mark of quality only when a verifiable person with verifiable qualifications stands behind it.
Roles
| Role | Task | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Science editing | research, extraction, writing | filled |
| Editorial direction | sign-off, review cycle, corrections | filled |
| Veterinary review | review of all content on equine health | open |
| Human health review | review of all content relating to humans | open |
| Methodology | evidence grades, transferability, statistics | open |
| Specialist translation | French, Italian, English | open |
| Law | data protection, media law, food law | open |
For as long as a review role is unfilled, the pages concerned state this in the ‘Specialist review’ field. We consider that statement more informative than a name without a function.
Working with us
Specialists in veterinary medicine, human medicine, physiotherapy, nutritional science and methodology who would like to take on a review role can reach us through the Contact page. We publish the qualifications and declared interests of every contributor, or we do not name them at all.
The evidence letter
Once a month: new syntheses, checked studies, and what has changed in the state of the evidence.
